We love the concept of these sun visors however ours arrived folded in double, I guess for ease of postage. As a result the visor would not stay upright in the windscreen and sagged badly. We had to spend considerable time and effort to reinforce the visor to get it to work even close to correctly. Even using the suction cups did not help.
We loved the concept so much we even ordered another visor as a gift despite the issues we have with the first one. Now this is a story. Some weeks later the incorrect item was delivered. We have given feedback of course and after a week or so we were told that a replacement would be sent. Now, some 3 weeks later we are still waiting for advice on dispatch of an item ordered some 5 weeks ago. Never again will we deal with these people.
